NOTES:
1 Full conference registration fee will cover refreshments during session breaks, single admission to the conference reception and banquet, and one copy of the conference proceedings.
2 Conference registration fee must be paid in US Dollars (US$).
3 Written cancellations received on or before April 20th, 2003 will be liable to a 25% service fee. There will be no refund after this date.
4 Student registration must be accompanied by a photocopy of the student identity card with a university certification letter. To qualify for this option, the student must be a full-time student and an author of a paper presented at the conference.
5 IEEE member registration must be accompanied by a copy of IEEE membership card.
6 Tutorial registration fee will cover one copy of the course notes and refreshments.
