The series of IEEE World Congress on Computational Intelligence (1994, 1998, 2002) are the milestones in the history of the computational intelligence. As is true in any developing, maturing field, the researchers are standing on the shoulders of those who have preceded us. Of particular influence has been work published by Drs.
